• Our unique flat rate shipping structure allows you to pay for shipping based on the total weight of products purchased, not dollars spent. This saves you money on shipping! Please note that shipping charges for Full Bushels of Crabs are calculated separately.
  • Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We are unable to ship perishable items to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or Rural Routes. However, non-perishable items may be shipped to these addresses.
  • All perishable items are shipped in our state-of-the-art reusable shipping containers and reusable gel packs. There is no charge for shipping materials.
  • Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays will generally ship the following Tuesday through Friday, or the day you request. If you need your package to arrive on a specific date, please include that information upon check-out in the comment box.
  • Orders placed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays will generally ship the following day.
  • Because we deal with fresh seafood, please keep in mind that at the time you place your order, the item you purchased may actually still be swimming in the water! Therefore, we strongly suggest you order 1 to 2 days prior to when you want your package shipped.
  • We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Orders shipped on Fridays must be shipped via Overnight service and will incur an additional $15 fee for Saturday delivery. This includes any order that qualifies for free shipping.
  • Orders shipped on Thursdays, utilizing 2-Day Delivery will arrive on Saturday and will be subject to a $15 fee for Saturday delivery. This includes an order that qualifies for free shipping.
  • Orders consisting of Full Bushel of Crabs are shipped separately. If you wish to order more than a Bushel of Crabs, please place a separate order. Shipping charges noted are for each bushel of crabs ordered.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive your package on the delivery date. If you are sending your package as a gift, please be sure to notify the recipient when to expect their delivery. Once your package has been received, please remove the contents and promptly refrigerate.
  • *Free shipping does not include “Saturday Delivery” nor “Priority Overnight”. Should you wish to utilize any of these two additional services, please add them to your shopping cart.

  • For maximum efficiencies, we utilize FedEx, UPS and USPS for deliveries. Upon shipment, we will notify you of the carrier and tracking number.
  • GROUND shipments arrive within 1 to 5 business days of shipment. You may choose ground service only if the entire order consists of non-perishable items.
  • 2 DAY shipments typically arrive by 7 p.m. You may choose 2 Day Service only if your order consists of all frozen product and/or non-perishable items.
  • OVERNIGHT shipments typically arrive by 3:00 pm. (local overnight arrives by 7 p.m.). You must choose Overnight Service if any part of your order consists of hard shell crabs, oysters, fresh fish, live clams, live mussels, etc. If you are unsure if the item you are ordering is frozen or fresh, please refer to the description of each product in our on-line catalog.
  • OVERNIGHT PRIORITY shipments typically arrive by noon. There is an additional fee of $15 per shipment for this service.
